We organise children’s craft parties around a theme including a delicious children’s afternoon or party tea. Our most popular themes are the fairy, unicorn or Harry Potter inspired parties held at our magical and cosy premises in Consett.
THEMES
We offer a range of different themes for children’s parties and these can be held at our venue (Magic HQ), a local hall or at your home. Beyond our standard party package we offer bespoke party planning service allowing you to get exactly what you want.
We love to create personalised and unique accessories to complete the magical party experience, including personalised party invitations, place name cards and more!

Our popular children’s party is the standard ‘magical’ party. A 2 hour party based on a chosen theme at our venue ‘Magic HQ’. We have a cosy venue catering for smaller personalised parties – a minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 12 (including the birthday child).
Our personalised approach and attention to detail make our parties unique and popular.
We pride ourselves on how we decorate* the venue for each theme and enjoy making it look magical and whimsical.
Our packages mean we take care of the mess and the stress! You can relax and join in the party fun making memories with your child.
The only things you need to remember are a birthday cake and party bags. A cake stand will be ready on the tea table for you to arrange a birthday cake. once all the guests have finished eating we light candles and sing happy birthday to the guest of honour. Party cake can then be cut up and guests can take it home with them.
Party bags are extra – £3 per child.
Everything else is included in the price of £22 per child.
CRAFT
One main feature of our unique parties is the craft. A craft is chosen matched to the theme of the party. Each child is guided to make and take home the craft as a keepsake.

A variety of magical crafts are available** and we will guide you in choosing a suitable craft to match the party theme and the age range of the children.

AFTERNOON TEA
A magical afternoon or party tea is provided with a selection of sandwiches, fruit, sweet treats and drinks available* to choose from at the time of booking.
The tea table is set up to reflect the theme and provides a stimulating centrepiece.
INVITATIONS & PARTY BAGS
Personalised invitations are designed and printed for the party in keeping with the theme. We always aim to have the invitations ready at least 2 weeks before the date of the party.
PARTY GAMES
Many magical parties allow for time at the end of the party for fun party games and dancing. One of our popular games is our unique hoopla.
